What counts as an “active student”?
You’re only billed for students actively enrolled in classes — not prospects, applicants, or graduates.
What’s the monthly minimum?
Your bill is whichever is greater: your active-student count or your plan’s minimum. It’s a small, predictable floor — and you never pay more than your per-student rate as you grow.
Do you take a cut of tuition payments?
No. Students pay through your school’s own Stripe account and Udooku adds zero fees on top — only Stripe’s standard processing fees apply. Your subscription is all you pay us.
Can I change plans later?
