Migration
Send your records. Get them back inside Udooku.
Export whatever your current system holds and send it over. You’ll get a private link back showing your own students, your own programs and your own attendance loaded into Udooku. It’s free, and you’re not committing to anything.
How it goes
Three steps, and only one is yours
You send the export
Whatever comes out of your current system. No need to clean it up, rename anything or reformat it first.
It gets loaded by hand
One person reads your columns and maps them across. Odd formats and inconsistent dates are the normal case, so don’t worry about them.
You get a private link
Your own school in Udooku, yours to click through. If it isn’t useful, say so and the file gets deleted.

What happens to the file you send
These are student education records. You deserve a specific answer rather than a link to a privacy policy, so here it is.
The file isn’t copied anywhere else. It doesn’t get attached to an email, uploaded to some third-party service, used to train anything, or shared with anyone. And the deletion after 30 days runs as a scheduled job, so it doesn’t depend on anyone remembering.
Your school stays the custodian of its own records the whole time. If your policies need a signed agreement before student data moves anywhere, say so in the form and we’ll do that first.
Prefer email? Send the same file to [email protected]. It gets stored, handled and deleted exactly as described above.
