About Udooku

Udooku is the compliance-first student information system for California’s private postsecondary schools — admissions, records, attendance, grades, and tuition in one place, with the BPPE Annual Report and SPFS generated in a click.

Why compliance-first

Every fall, hundreds of California career colleges, trade schools, and language schools rebuild the same reports by hand — copying data between spreadsheets against a hard December 1 deadline, hoping the numbers reconcile. General-purpose school software treats that deadline as somebody else’s problem.

We built Udooku the other way around: the California compliance calendar is the spine of the product. Records accumulate filing-ready all year, so the Annual Report, SPFS, and STRF filings become an afternoon — not a season.

What we believe

Your records are yours

Access to your own student records is never paywalled — including archived and graduated students. Export your data anytime.

The deadline is the product

Everything is designed backwards from December 1 and the quarterly STRF dates, so being audit-ready is the default state.

Keep your tuition

Students pay your school through your own Stripe account. Udooku charges software subscription — never a cut of tuition.

Who builds Udooku

Udooku is built by a small, independent team focused entirely on California private postsecondary schools. We run the demos ourselves, do onboarding and migrations with you personally, and answer our own support email. When you talk to Udooku, you talk to the people who build it.
