What is the BPPE Annual Report?

The BPPE Annual Report is a mandatory filing required by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education for all approved institutions in California. It includes student enrollment data, completion rates, placement rates, and financial information.

When is it due?

Typically due by December 1st each year. We track all deadlines for our clients and send reminders well in advance.

What happens if I file late or with errors?

Late filings can result in citations and fines. Errors in calculations can draw citations, with fines currently up to $5,000 per violation. Udooku computes every figure from your student records using the published BPPE formulas, so you can verify each number before you file.

How long does the process take?
