Our Story
Udooku started as a design and development agency serving diverse clients across industries.
Through our work with Language Systems International — one of California’s largest ESL school networks — we discovered a critical gap in the market: private schools struggling with complex BPPE compliance requirements.
We saw administrators spending 40+ hours on spreadsheets, stressing about calculation errors, and risking citations that could threaten their licenses.
So we pivoted. We focused. We became specialists.
Today, Udooku is dedicated exclusively to helping California’s private postsecondary schools navigate compliance, digitize their operations, and focus on what matters most: their students.
